Are you saddened for our nation? When you look around and you see a nation full of pet projects, and new memorials… cause du jour, do you see any way forward to be able to right the wrongs that had been perpetuated by the governing class? They have effectively hidden behind the rule of law which means absolutely nothing to them and everything to good little citizens.

The good little citizens today are very much like the third of the colonists who would not get off of the fence after July 4, 1776. Today, when you couple that with the ill-informed and the dumbed-down and the absolutely brain-dead walking around our streets, it adds up to a thirsting Liberty Tree. Gone are the days when a pamphleteer could make an impression on a small populace. We have a calculated glut of information at our fingertips, choked into MSM (or new media) which is filling our eyes and damning our ears.

Almost everyone in Washington D.C., in politics is dirty and we are approaching the point where you can say almost fifty percent of the people in America are either misled or stupid. We’re never going to get out of this mess, on social media, cable networks, print media or a college education. Nor are we as a nation going to GoFundMe or write a tax deduction through donation to defeat leftism.

Too many people have day-to-day existence at the fore, rather than the downright meanness necessary to tar and feather the establishment. It’s like a union shop; everyone talks a good job about going on strike but when the strike is called, the big bad union man must continue his payments, because he is in hock for his house, and his car and all of his toys.

After supporting every decent conservative organization of the late 1980’s and early 1990’s – I don’t have a damn thing to show for that. It’s like Soupy Sales – send the green pieces of paper to Uncle Soupy, kiddies.

Eighty grand, not bad for a minute’s work. The Federal Government is not Uncle Soupy but rather Uncle Sam. Uncle Sam has more lawyers than Uncle Soupy ran into at the Channel 5 conference room. It’s the lawyers and if anybody can’t figure that out, then don’t count them to be on the team that will eventually water the Liberty Tree with their blood.

Back in the 80’s my stepdaughter’s high school from Ft. Myers, FL took a trip to Canada. Those young kids found their way into a night club in Toronto and lo and behold, there were lines of cocaine on the table waiting for them. I can only surmise what had grabbed the chaperones’ attention prior to this moment.

This is how the young are snagged. So as a working parent you just go through life trying to patch problems here and there, as the child makes its way out the door. I know now I should have hit the roof with the school system, but Florida justice doesn’t take kindly to those who stir the pot.

I am quite sure that many Canadian children ran into the same problem visiting Ft. Myers Beach. So now we realize that the drug problem is of international scope and very bad people have subverted a nation and the world because of an appetite for drugs. This is why it will be so very hard to push back when it perfectly states in the Bible that in the end times, they will not be able to give up their sorcery which in Greek is pharmakeia, the root word for pharmaceuticals.

The amount of drugs consumed in America (both legal and illegal) is so great that the drugs are showing up in municipal water systems. The government likes pliable people, just like Florida justice doesn’t like anyone stirring the pot.

Evil knows exactly what it’s doing and America has been parsed to the point where it more than likely is impossible to overtake this evil. Pray that Jesus comes soon.

It seems as if the opium poppy has never not been a cultivated plant – crude, genetic engineering has existed since before the time of Christ. The poppy was known in southern Europe, especially in ancient Greece, and the region of Turkey known as Smyrna, was also tied to the poppy from ancient times.

If we are to consider the Portuguese expansion to modern-day China in the early 1500’s as the dawn of the modern age, we see how the colonial powers enriched themselves by moving opium into their trade. Opium in the orient and opium in the west have been both legal and illegal. It has been the cause of wars, it has financed wars and it has been more profitable overtime, enriching elites on every continent.

Today, we are bombing opium processing facilities in Afghanistan and you may ask yourself, how did we get here?

When Woodrow Wilson became President of the United States in 1913, British money interests were shown to control American banking to the point where J.P. Morgan only had a small stake in his bank.

For centuries merchants had realized if an item that everyone wanted was outlawed or embargoed, many people would pay handsomely to have it. Just north of our border in 1915, Canada enacted prohibition of liquor. Surely the ladies of the prohibition movement in America were pointed to the shining example north of the border.

The prohibition was lifted in 1919 in Canada – about the time troops started returning from Europe. It so happened that if returning American troops wanted a drink, they’d have to go to Canada; most didn’t, but some enterprising bootleggers did. This was the beginning of the modern-day network of drug distribution in the United States, run through Canada by the British bootleggers who were working for the elite opium dealers.

President Trump recently directed the deep state to release the JFK files and they balked. Finally, the majority of the American population believes it was a conspiracy and it is forgotten as General Flynn plea bargains with the deep state. This is what the blog is saying: people cannot hold a thought in their head longer than a week and tie it to any previous actions by the actors, or connect past crimes in the open, with present day events.

There are so many distractions: mail alerts, twitter notifications, pokes on Facebook… and to have a unifying message across the board, an ideology to hold on to – cannot be made to see the light of day. Thomas Paine today and his pamphlet “Common Sense” would last a half a day in social media. George Washington and Washington’s Crossing of the Delaware on Christmas eve are over-shadowed by Black Friday and Cyber Monday.

Don’t feel sorry for George – he would tell you that Jesus deserves your tears more than he does, for what was done to him for our salvation, and because of our sins. Our nation must heal, and if it cannot end abortion now, it will never receive God’s blessing and love.
