One of our good men in the House of Representatives is republican Scott Perry (PA-10). When speaking about the secret FISA court, he is quoted saying: “I don’t even give a 50/50 chance” (about the survival of the court).

The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act created the FISA court in 1978. The court consists of judges and prosecutors and no one else.

The FISA court was used by the FBI and the Justice Department in an attempt to perform a palace coup against the campaign/presidency of Donald J. Trump. (Integral to this coup is Senior Executive Services [created in 1979 through the Civil Service Reform Act of 1978] with members in key positions just below the top presidential employees — in approximately 75 federal agencies and you cannot fire them).

Representative Perry is quoted: “Obviously, we counted on the government to do the right thing with this incredibly powerful tool and it is just as obvious that the government has proven just as incapable of safeguarding our liberties.”

If we do not reform or disband the FISA court, then the Justice Department and the FBI must be made to pay for this coup, which they started with Carter Page. It’s either one or the other.

Earlier this year in a letter to presiding FISC Judge Boasberg —  House Oversight Committee republicans Jim Jordan (OH-4), and Mark Meadows (NC-11)

protested the appointment of Obama DOJ lawyer — David Kris, to help oversee the FBI’s reform of FISA applications (and rightly so).

Kris is on record defending the FISA application to surveil Carter Page.

In June of 2017 — The Millennium Report (1) reported that the DNC paid the Russian founder of CrowdStrike (Dmitri Alperovitch) to hack its server so it could be blamed on Russia.

Russian-born Dmitri has worked for both Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama during that administration and appears to be their go-to guy for cyber security. He may be the Rasputin of the Obama Administration; the crazy cyber monk who dreamed up the false Russia-hack of the DNC.

Nine months after the Millennium report of CrowdStrike, David S. Kris — during a panel discussion at U of C – Irvine, gave himself plausible deniability by stating bad actors could spoof their locations. At 26:35 in the CSPAN video (2) Mr. Kris states that the DNC was hacked by the Russians.

The Russia hoax was brought to a crescendo when President Trump sought help from Ukrainian politicians about money laundering and the activities of CrowdStrike.

The deep state went into DEFCON 1 as so-called whistleblowers went to Congress which conjured a bogus impeachment fiasco, run by none other than Nancy Pelosi. A cover-up to protect the DNC, Burisma Energy and the Biden Crime Family.

They all thought Hillary was going to win.
