Biden told the world he had advised his wife to fire a shotgun in the air from their Delaware home if she was concerned for her safety: “I said Jill, if there’s ever a problem, just walk out on the balcony here, walk out and put that double barrel shot gun and fire two blasts outside the house.”

He then went on …”You don’t need an AR-15 — it’s harder to aim. It’s harder to use and in fact you don’t need 30 rounds to protect yourself. Buy a shotgun! Buy a shotgun!”

At this time in 2013 Biden’s (now deceased) son, Beau — was the Delaware Attorney General. Legal experts say that several criminal charges might result if Jill Biden took her husband’s advice such as aggravated menacing (a felony) and reckless endangering (in the 1st degree). In Delaware, you cannot use deadly force to protect your property.

Vice President Biden was an adjunct professor of Law at Widener College (being a professional politician obviously puts cobwebs in your brain). Two month’s before the Facebook comment, Vice President Joe Biden was selected by President Obama to lead a task force to establish new federal gun control laws.

A month later, Biden came up with limiting bullet capacity and establishing universal background checks for all gun purchases which would include all private sales.
